BOXING: An awesome workout to increase fitness and reduce stress and weight levels. The boxing class combines boxing, kicking, drills, upper strength and core strength to give you a complete workout.
BOOT CAMPS: Features a wide range of outdoor activities using the local Forest Ridge Parks. It can consist of running drills, log work, interval training, body weight, strength work and much, much more.
STRENGTH AND CARDIO: This group session covers a wide range of activities. Strength work focus’s on toning and building muscle to help you achieve your desired goals. Cardio work can be done in doors and outdoors, using POWER FITNESS Group’s state of the art equipment. Variety is the aim! You’ll never be disappointed.
WHAT WOMEN WANT: is a combination of toning and fat reducing exercises, which really target the areas women want to work on.
POWER FITNESS TEENS: POWER FITNESS Teen’s class is for ages 12-18yrs, which involves a number of exercises using gym equipment and out door activities. This fun class is taken by a fully qualified personal trainer, where teens can learn and work out at the same time.
POWER FITNESS KIDS: POWER FITNESS Kids (PFK) is for ages 4-12yrs, which works with children to educate and motivate today’s youth to become more active (Activity), eat healthier (Nutrition), and most important live a life of integrity and respect for oneself and each other (Attitude). Taking these three Fitness Lifestyle Principals: Attitude, Activity & Nutrition, PFK’s goal is to offer the world better citizens for the future through this very effective, unique triangle.
